I registered my mark with goods/services that

I don't use it with anymore.

With a few exceptions, you have to continue using your mark with the goods/services in your registration to keep your registration alive. If you don't, you may not be able to renew your registration, and you may be vulnerable to your competitors' attacks on your registration.

If you're trying to figure out what to do about a registration that no longer quite matches up with how you use the mark in the real world, I can help you figure out if you need to file a new application to register your mark with different goods/services, or if your registration can be salvaged.

Cost: flat fee that includes both my fees and the USPTO's filing fees, based on total number of registrations and number of Classes in each registration
